Culture building is foundational at Candor. The agency netted perfect scores for effectively maintaining workplace culture and for being well-managed.

“Candor fosters a fun, collaborative environment where integrity rules and people are a priority,” explains one staffer. Another describes a “deeply caring management team” which is “honest and has the highest professionalism standards.”

Candor also got the highest ratings possible for communicating clearly to ensure the entire team is informed. “Transparent” is repeatedly used by employees to describe this agency.

“We are one cohesive unit,” notes a staffer, “and that has happened from the top down.” That openness is an asset as the agency has recently been acquired. To help integrate the companies, Candor encouraged monthly meetings between sister organizations to bond and build rapport.

Staff development is another key strength at this firm. “There’s intention behind developing people at Candor,” says one team member. From offering monthly learning sessions to encouraging and paying for membership and training, Candor “enthusiastically invests in employee development.”

Giving employees the time and funding to attend professional events is one more reason employees consider Candor a great workplace. One staffer captures the broader sentiment in saying, “I’m at my best when working with this team.”
