Salient Global Establishes Advisory Board with Industry Veterans Across Product, People, and Growth

CHICAGO, July 5, 2023—Salient Global announced today its creation of an advisory board to bolster its long-term strategic vision and enhance its offerings and client delivery.

The newly established board will boast among its membership more than 20 leaders from technology companies, marketing agencies, and brands, including current and former senior executives from Mastercard, Salesforce, Meta, KPMG, Wunderman Thompson, Minority Moves Network, and the Chicago Bulls, among others. Its diverse members bring a variety of expertise and have been uniquely selected to focus on three core areas across the Salient network: product, people, and growth, each with a group council to accelerate growth, enhance client delivery, and secure and retain top talent.

The Salient advisory board is chaired by Mike Brown, former chief client officer of Bounteous and currently managing partner of Macoto Collective, whose focus is to help drive value creation for professional services organizations. Brown has decades of experience building and scaling successful marketing technology firms and agencies across the United States, Canada, and globally.

Salient’s advisory board councils will be led by executive sponsors from the Salient leadership team. Global president Tricia Ewald is overseeing the people council, chief strategy officer Guy Cierzan is heading the product council, and chief digital officer Daniel Welch is leading the growth council.
